Do you access my private repositories?
No. Sign-in asks GitHub only for read access to your public profile (scope read:user). We read public repositories through the public API.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Generate from GitHub and your CV, edit everything and publish at you.foliofolio.dev — with a small badge, the Personal template and your top 4 projects. No card needed.
What does the AI do, and will it make things up?
On Pro, AI rewrites your portfolio into a clear story, edits anything you ask for in plain words, and tailors a version to each job. It only uses facts from your GitHub and CV — no invented employers, numbers or metrics — and you review everything.
I don't have many repos. Will it look empty?
No. Templates adapt to thin profiles, and adding your CV fills in experience, education and skills.
Why a subscription?
Because you mostly need this while you're job hunting. Take Pro for 3 months (€15) or a year (€39), cancel in one click, and we email you 7 days before any renewal. When Pro ends your site stays online on the free plan. Prefer to pay once? There's a lifetime option at launch.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
Nothing disappears. It moves to the free plan: the badge comes back, AI and your custom domain switch off, and the extra projects and styling return the moment you resubscribe.
Can I use my own domain?
On Pro. Enter your domain, add the DNS records we show you, and HTTPS is set up automatically.
What are tracking links?
A link per job application, like you.foliofolio.dev/?for=google. Your stats show when it was opened and which projects they looked at — without cookies. On Pro, each link can show a version tailored to that job.
